Our Work

Branding a Joinery business that wanted to shed their 'one man band' image

When we were approached by Manchester based Joinery company, Complete Joinery they were facing an issue we’ve encountered often.

It’s that problem that we’ve often addressed with our web design clients, particularly those from a trade or freelance background.

They set up as one man band and as their business has grown they need to get away from customers seeing them as that one person, at their beck and call and to show a more company oriented image!

The Complete Joinery branding exercise involved intensive thoughts on colour and the image we wanted to create for the company.

A few initial designs were created and then we settled on the concept of the C in Complete almost being like a kitchen worktop, which fit really well with the one of the clients key services, bespoke fitted kitchens.

With consultations with the client, colours were tweaked to come up with two versions of the logo. Both in the blue and beige tones pictured, to be used in their marketing on light or dark backdrops.

A full branding pack was produced with all fonts, colour codes and the logo in a variety of formats to suit web and print.
