This company offer a quite specialised and unique proposition in their market. Growing from a hobby for Warhammer and other associated kits, the company break up all individual pieces that make up full kits and sell them as spares.

 

They have amassed a worldwide customer base, doing this very well but were selling using a very outdated website with increasing limitations.

 

We first designed a brand new look for the business, including new branding and a new, sleeker ecommerce design that uses woocommerce.

 

All products (over 20,000 lines!) had to be imported from their old platform to this new site and all customers migrated over too!

 

And not only that, but new lines were coming in all the time. In order to manage their stock levels and inventory, we worked through an online order shut off period to get the company been able to trade again as quickly as possible.

Imagine our relief when after launching the site, the orders literally started flooding straight in again – like switching a water supply back on!

 

The site is easier to navigate for customers, but also gives so much more benefit to the company, seamlessly integrating with Royal Mail Click and Drop to enable orders to automatically transfer through and print off order labels and packing slips (previously the business owner was doing all this manually!)
