We designed a series of slides for Blades Barbers in Wakefield, and loaded them to an Ipad, to allow them to have something continuously playing in their waiting area that would entice people to book their next appointment with them and re-use their services.

 

It worked a treat, increasing awareness and usage of their app and website as a means of booking in and beating the queues when they re-opened after the first Coronavirus Lockdown! 

 

For what was a relatively small expense, they’ve successfully upsold their services in a business which was traditionally all about walk-in customers.
